I'm Robin Zheng, Senior Associate at Lotus Law.

I grew up in Beijing and after moving to New Zealand studied law at the University of Canterbury. Having a unique background myself, I enjoy assisting clients with diverse life experiences. 

 

My primary area of expertise is in commercial law, advising clients for loan arrangements, business or property sales and purchases, and immigration. I also assist with the review of personal or company loan agreements, private fund raising, financial product compliance, property subdivisions, business sale and purchases, commercial lease drafting and reviewing, financial product compliance, and debt recovery. I often work collaboratively with our family law team and assist with the conveyancing elements of relationship property matters. 

 

I pride myself on being extremely thorough and providing my clients with comprehensive advice.
