I'm Liam Hickey, Senior Solicitor at Lotus Law.

After completing my legal studies at Canterbury University, I commenced practice in the Christchurch family law bar. Throughout my practice, I have become experienced in family law and have developed a particular interest in the relationship property space. Separation is a time of uncertainty for people. I care about providing clarity to my clients and helping them divide their relationship property so they can move on to the next chapter of their life.

I am experienced with the drafting and execution of contracting out agreements (ie. pre-nups).
