I'm James Lee, Associate at Lotus Law. 

 

I am grateful to have obtained a Degree in Bachelor of Law from the University of Canterbury after aspiring to be a lawyer since I was a young child. Whilst I mainly practice in the area of Family Law, I have skills and experience in other areas of law such as Conveyancing, Wills, Enduring Power of Attorney and Occupation Right Agreements which provides me with a wide set of skills to assist you. My main areas of expertise include assisting clients navigate through Care of Children, Family Violence, Oranga Tamariki, Paternity and Dissolution Proceedings. I can also assist you in Relationship Property matters.

 

My area of law allows me to meet many clients who find themselves in a difficult situation. These are often complicated with many layers of challenges and factors. Hence, I prioritise offering valuable guidance to allow my clients to consider the real-life implications of their decisions on themselves and their beloved children. The most rewarding part of my job is successfully assisting my clients through Court proceedings or transactions as easily and efficiently as possible.
